With the intensifying of China’s communications market competition, it is very important that the companies build a comprehensive later-evaluation index system for completed projects, guided communications projects. The communications enterprise project later-evaluation 23 index layer in Liaoning Fushun Netcom Subsidiary Shenyang University of Technology Institute of Technology campus network were determined, and the construction project was studied after the evaluation of the empirical analysis. Meanwhile, the evaluation results and recommendations were given.
